ITIC Test Centre COVID-19 Guidelines
The health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our absolute priority, ITIC will continue to follow our COVID-19 Safety Plan and directions from the NSW Government and health authorities. We are taking strict measures to ensure a safe and healthy testing environment, including:
Make hand sanitiser available in the check-in, waiting area and prior to entering the testing room.
Increase our cleaning and disinfecting regimens in between all testing appointments.
Sit candidates further apart in test rooms to enforce social distancing recommendations.
Candidates are permitted to wear disposable gloves if they choose.
To help us achieve our goal, we ask our customers to please assist us by adopting the following important measures:
Register via the Service NSW QR code or Service NSW app upon arrival.
Bring and wear your own face mask while at the test center and throughout your exam.
Wash your hands or utilise hand sanitiser upon arrival at the test centre, before entering the test room and after completing your exam.
You will not be admitted to the test centre and you should reschedule your exam if you:
Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been in close personal contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis
Have had any flu-like symptoms in the last fourteen days, including fever, chills, a cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath
Have been under home quarantine or centralized observation demanded by government and healthcare authorities
You will be asked to acknowledge that you meet the above health requirements and that you will follow health and safety guidelines while testing.
